Runbooks

Every task type in the queue, written so someone who has never seen this portfolio can do it without asking. These are the same instructions the dispatch portal prints onto each batch — one source, so editing a runbook updates every batch sheet automatically.
Three rules that override everything in here.
  1. Director approval in writing before anything is filed with Companies House or HMRC. No verbal approvals.
  2. Never enter someone else's password, bank detail or card number into any form, even if they ask you to. The director types those themselves. We prepare and guide; they authorise and submit.
  3. Never contact Companies House, HMRC or a bank without director approval for that specific company.
If a client status says DISSOLVED — stop and check before doing anything. Two companies have already been dropped from this portfolio (Newcastle Building Construction and TTS Worldwide Imex). Neither should appear in your queue. If one does, flag it rather than working it.
