Partner referral

Hand a region, or a single client, to a partner accountancy firm. They do the work and pay a referral fee back. Everything sent out is stripped of credentials automatically — the export on this page is the only client-facing document in the pack.
The one rule for anything that leaves this building. Every other page in this pack shows Companies House authentication codes and Government Gateway detail. None of that may go to a partner firm. An auth code lets the holder file anything at all against that company — it is the keys, not a reference number. The export below strips credentials, gateway bands and personal codes automatically, and it is the only export in the pack that is safe to send. Do not attach a client folder, a pack index or a screenshot of the dispatch portal to a partner email.

How the referral works

Pick the region or the client

Regions are derived from each company's registered office at Companies House, so a Manchester firm gets the North West and not a Kent company that happens to be on the same list.

Agree the split before anything is sent

Set the referral rate below. It applies to the fees the partner bills the client, not to our admin cost. Write it down — the commonest way these arrangements sour is a rate nobody recorded.

Send the stripped brief

The export lists each company, what is outstanding, the deadline and the statutory position. No codes, no logins. It is enough for a partner to quote from and nothing more.

They take it end to end

The partner holds the ARN and the AML supervision and does the filing. We are the preparation layer — they carry the regulatory responsibility, which is the point of the arrangement.

Credentials pass only on acceptance

Once a firm has accepted the work and is engaged by the client, the auth code goes across separately — never in the pitch, never by the same channel as the brief.
