Data completeness — what we hold, what we chase

Every client scored against the eight things we need before we can act for them without asking anyone anything. This is the list that tells an admin whether a client is workable today or is a chase first.
The eight fields. A client scoring 8 of 8 can be worked end to end without contacting anybody. Every point below that is a chase, and a chase is what turns a twenty-minute job into a three-week one.

Nothing outstanding on any of the eight. Hand these to an admin and they can finish without asking a question.

Assigning one of these to an admin without warning them is how work stalls halfway through. The missing column is the brief.

Where the gaps actually are

Counted across all 44. This is what to fix as a batch rather than client by client — chasing one field across thirty clients in a single sitting is far cheaper than thirty separate conversations.

The Gateway column is the one that matters commercially. It is the largest single gap and it is the precondition for every VAT return and every MTD filing. A client can look perfect on paper and still be unworkable because nobody can sign in to their HMRC account. Clear that column and most of the rest of the portfolio becomes billable recurring work.

Shelf stock

The Blackpool companies held as stock. These have no client data to chase — what they have is a statutory deadline that runs whether or not anyone has bought them.

Adding more Blackpool companies is one line each. Open _data.js, find the SHELF array, copy any line and change the values. The dispatch portal, the task counts, the batches and the pricing all pick it up with no other edit. The wider cohort is 83 companies — but 65 are already gazetted, only 8 are still saveable, and 10 of the 83 are live clients already listed above. Do not add those ten twice.
